Where beauty and wellness meet.

Emotional wellness education for beauty professionals.

The Wellness Beauty Method is a wellness education concept helping beauty professionals navigate emotionally significant client interactions with greater awareness, communication and care.

A soft-launch community led by Elisse Howard

A gentler standard of care

Beauty professionals are often trusted with more than an appointment.

They listen, hold stories and create spaces where people feel seen. Yet the emotional weight of that work can be easy to overlook. The Wellness Beauty Method exists to support healthier boundaries, safer conversations and more sustainable beauty spaces.

The method

Support for the person behind the professional.

This emerging platform brings practical wellness education into the beauty industry—without asking beauty professionals to become mental-health providers.

01

Emotional wellness

Resources and conversations that help beauty professionals care for themselves while caring for others.

02

Education

Trauma-informed awareness, emotional intelligence and communication tools for real-world beauty spaces.

03

Professional boundaries

Practical support for building safer client experiences without stepping outside a beauty professional’s role.

04

Community

A growing space for beauty professionals to listen, learn and feel less alone in the work.

Who it serves

Created with the beauty community in mind.

For professionals, students and industry leaders who believe wellness belongs inside beauty, too.

Founder’s note from Elisse Howard

A note from Elisse

“Beauty professionals deserve softer, safer spaces too.”

With a background in social work, mental health, crisis intervention, community education and public speaking—and a deep love for beauty and wellness—I kept noticing how often beauty professionals become emotional safe spaces for others.

The Wellness Beauty Method grew from a belief that the people doing this work deserve tools, support and boundaries of their own.

The current vision

Growing slowly, with intention.

This is a soft launch and passion project. Right now, the focus is on building community, listening, learning and exploring what support resonates most.

The Wellness Beauty Method provides education and wellness support. It is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, crisis care or mental-health treatment, and it does not train beauty professionals to act as mental-health providers.
